Crafting level seems to be stuckSolved

Currently having an issue with the Crafting Level Bar.

All of them are set to max out at 30. However, the Crafting Bar glitches and gets stuck at level 20. It doesn't stop at an exact percentage for everyone either. Just somewhere in the 20th level! Any ideas what could be causing this?

If you read the documentation you will see that crafting cannot be set higher than 20 even though you will by that time have instant crafting, all the other bars can be set to your preference (mine are set to 200)

from the documentation page:
You can disable certain skills, by setting LevelCaps value for that skill to -1.The crafting skill is limited to 20.
