here is my config for the penalties in case of death:
"Penalty Minutes": 0,end yet players complain that they lose levels when they die, is it possible that there is a bug?

hi, there's no bug. the hook is not subscribed when this is set false. so it is not possible for them to lose XP unless it is true. i tested this for you anyway to confirm, and it is working as intended
