This is a strange one... the levels arent working for some players, but work for others. So it isnt everyone.

Crafting works for everyone.

Default group has the permission.  Config "Enable Permission": true is set.

I change config to "Enable Permission": false - same issue....some people are fine...some are not.

I stopped plugin, removed the data files and restarted plugin so make a new data set.

Nobody's levels increased.  Crafting still works.

I am using the latest version 3.1.4
