Hello I got the mod freshly installed on my server but the skill for crafting is not switched on.
Would be very nice if someone could tell me how to turn it on!

You can change the level caps.  

From the plugin's description...

You can disable certain skills, by setting LevelCaps value for that skill to -1.The crafting skill is limited to 20.

So, change this section. 

  "LevelCaps": {
      "A": 200,
      "C": 20,
      "M": 200,
      "S": 200,
      "WC": 200
    },

C is crafting. Max is 20.
