could you please update your plugin
Because the level up system isn't working properly anymore, 
Because the % is just standing on 91% and it doesn't going any further, 
and also the Brocastsystem is just spamming like hell not once with you just level up to two,
But it's spamming at the same time when you're cutting some woods, 
And yes before anyone else is going to say it I'm uptodate to the lasted version of oxide which is 
oxide 2.0.4556 and Rust 77 (2220.191.1

I think this is a duplicate of this one and this solution worked for me: Vortox14 I had the same issue, so I turned off notifications (```enableLevelupBroadcast": false,```) to stop the on screen spam and suddenly they would level normally. Re-enabled it (set it to true) and sure enough, I get the spam and stuck at 95-99% level bug again. Not sure WHAT bug is being caused by that, but something with it is preventing leveling.I'd leave it off for now. (Leave it false!). --Interestingly, I still get notifications of skill level ups with it false. This testing was all done while the server I was working on was live, which might have played a role.
