simple fix to zlevel till he do it is to change plantentity to GrowableEntity i did it it loaded the plugin untill he can fix it the right way

nope. I downloaded the update. it is not creating a json file so it is not working in my server

If you are seeing the exact, same error, then it's physically not possible you are using the latest version of the plugin provided on the plugin page.
