Do you happen to know which image this frame relates to? I have scoured through every image to try and find which it is to replace with no luck.

that is your avatar, that is done using image library. You must get an API key and put it in the image library config and turn on store avatars.

I see, I have already done both the requirements but still the image doesn't load. 
Am at work right now but have two days off from tomorrow so will have another look.
