doing /down and /up melts peoples xp, one guy went form level 500 back to 1 within seconds of doing the stats due to xp eatting.

please read the update notes on new settings with /down commands
* Building Grades: With the new option to allow xp when using the /up command along with the xp delay and the xp reduction for using /down command there are several ways to adjust this to effect player usage. It is possible that a player can loose more xp using the /down command than they earned using the /up command. This can cause a large penalty and should be taken into account when using/adjusting these options.
ya he did /down on a 2x2 box building small, and went from level 500 to 1
should have never happened, so i messed around with the inputs and did -1 values and it stopped doing that.

I tested the /down command and I only lost 1 level (207 to 206) from downgrading 40 armored to HQ metal building pieces. These are my current settings. Not sure why your players are going from 500 to 1MrWolfRanger
