I'm just a little confused here;
/xpgive (name or id) (playername or steamid) (amount)
Does that mean like this? /xpgive Booblej Booblej 1000

/xpgive name <playername> <amount>
/xpgive id <playerid> <amount>
so to give yourself xp:
/xpgive name Booblej 500
will give yourself 500 xp
