thanks for the nice work !

for my build creative server, i would love to have these 2 options :) :

- a permission to use it
- a chat command to toggle enable/disable it, for players who want to test in normal vanilla condition, and/or players who just want to test genes plant crossing without water restriction, etc..

it really could be great.
