Items decaying, despite settings

So I set the plugin up so the players can sell items for RP.

But they are all decaying. No matter what settings I use nothing changes.

Pretty sure this is all going to end badly.

Please help.

I guess I can set the dcay to 0.0

Just noticed that.

The decay being off won't matter as long as the floor/foundation decays.

Going to see how this pans out.

This is my current settings. If I have something wrong please let me know. I'm really sick of having to deal with the players pointing out the decay.

No idea why this was set to not an issue. But they're still decaying.
