if the horse is buy then this horse have an issue its like he stuck and can't move, so if you can please look at this, because if this is not this plugin so maybe some other one can make this problem.

i did not crate this issue so i wandering witch plugin can make this issue, Vechicle storage or some other plugin like VehicleDeployedLocks or VehicleDecayProtection. 

As far as I know, none of those plugins can create this issue as I've never heard this issue reported before.

Usually, it's the server owner's responsibility to test with different combinations of plugins that they are using to narrow down the minimum set of plugins that reproduces the issue. It usually ends up being just one plugin by itself that causes any issue, but occasionally a combination of 2 or 3. You can quickly rule out suspected plugins by unloading them and seeing if you can still reproduce the issue. If you don't have any idea which plugin causes the issue, you can use the binary search technique where you test half of the plugins at a time, them keep breaking down the list by half.

Once you share how to reproduce the issue, the developer can investigate why it happens so it can be fixed.

the issue is with storage for raidable horses, when you buy a horse in barn for some reason with this storage they have problem with movments, till you ride on (flat surface) then all is ok but when you go to place where you have some rock's many three, then the horse with this storage just stuck. i test this horses with storage and without and without storage all is perfect (the storage do not make any problem for other vehicle only for horses.

So i suspect the problem is not with your plugin only with the storage that you use for this horses, maybe there is some other storage that can be used.
