Remove cool down when using /kill or nomini

Would it be possible to add a line to the config where using the /kill command does not trigger the vehicle cooldown, only if the vehicle crashes?

I am asking because I am really curious, and I know the following questions will seem condisending, but I am just asking because the way recall works in this plugin, I don't understand why anyone would ever want to kill a vehicle, to only spawn it back?

Are you using /kill to "Refresh" your vehicle, because you are unable/unwilling to repair.

Is your cooldown long, like 20 minutes or longer.

Is your goal to punish players for crashing the vehicle?  Not allowing them to spawn it back, if they crash it?

Sure No worries just for context another plugin that i was utilzing was Spawn Heli a majority of server owners utilze this plugin for easy spawining of just minis, For this plugin players are allowed to /nomini aka  /kill without activating a cooldown, however i chose this plugin due to the reason it has the cababilites of combat and raid blocking, I did however message the developer for that plugin and he responded he would add the combat protection in due time since it is a easy add on. For the time being ive decided to utitilze this one since it also has the addition of increasing heli speeds e.t.c In my opinion players should not be punished if they are just clearing there mini for space purposes or not wanting to repair their heli, however that should be up to the server owners. Rust is all about time consumption. and yes for my server is serves as a modded vanilla HYBRID, modded plugins with aspects of vanilla, my cooldown is currently 10mins with vips for 2 mins. Its a small inconvience for many players who instead of recalling minis would like to just destroy it and spawn a new healthy one in situational cases but again if a server wants to not allow that and still enable the kill cooldown then they should. Lastly ignore the "only if vehcile crashes" part in honesty i copied and pasted this from a old thread on the plugin. My only concern was the /kill or /nomini activating the cool down if it doesnt count as a mini spawn.

I'm not saying it will or wont be added, but my first thought would be people easily abusing this feature on your server. Example being, someone flying over into an area about to hit something and crash, they hit their kill mini keybind and are now able to instantly spawn their minicopter again. While yes, they may have taken some fall damage, they don't have to wait a whole ass 10 minutes to re-spawn it.

They will also do the thing mentioned by Bear that would be just insta healing their vehicle, granted that could be something you wanted them to do, but figured I'd re-iterate it.

Sure and thanks for relpying, and correct abuse for the server was my main concern, hence why i dont instant mymini and use a 10min cool down. I think we are both looking at this in the same way just in different angles. Sure for me if they are flying and do a kill and or /nomini after crashing and they want to spawn in another I think that as fine as long as it was after the initial 10 min period of spawning. Im just speaking on giving the server owners or plugin users the option to add or remove the feature of activating the cool down with /kill or /nomini the cool down should really be applied if its for a spawn not a despawn. And yes bear is correct as well if people would like that then they definetly should shape it how they would like. Hope this helps much appreciated
