Hi is it possible to prevent spawning and recalling vehicles when player is inside a rad town / otherwise building blocked

I would very much like to prevent users from spawning them on cargo or oilrig

As of the current version on uMod, no, this is not technically possible (besides building blocked), but technically would be possible using ZoneManager, though I don't really recommend that personally. The reason I say it'd be possible with ZoneManager is because I added support (or at least some support) for preventing spawning/recalling a vehicle in specified zone flags set in config.
