is there a way to remove in active player vehicles, kinda like a purge but only for vehicles, as i have a sh.. ton of vehicles because of in active players

Could you elaborate? Give more detail on what exactly you mean by "inactive" players. Also, decay on vehicles could do the trick.

how do i make the tugboat decay, because a tc is kinda built in so not sure how i would go about it?
