Could it be possible to add an option to prevent vehicle fuel consumption through a permission? It could be separate for each vehicle or a global one for all.

Potentially, though if theres a plugin that already does it, that may be easier. Depends on how difficult too. I did look into it a little and saw FuelPerSecond or something as a potential vehicle modification, though not sure if it is in every vehicle. It might be easier for someone to make a Harmony plugin that does it, but could be wrong.

I've also been warned of scope creep with this plugin, which I want to avoid as that will likely make it more difficult to maintain for any future maintainers (and myself as well) since it will just be hundreds (likely exaggeration) of features being added/having to be maintained every time FP decides to say fuck you lets change this shit and break your plugins.
