Hey so i found out that the attack Heli and the Tugboat are despawning on Server Restart, i don't know why this is happening. We don't use a Custom Map. I switched the Vehicle Licence Plugin from the old Author to yours this month. I never had problems before only with your Plugin. Don't get me wrong i love it that you keep the Plugin alive and do updates for it but that problem is just frustrating for me. Because i get many reports from players that this is happening.

Hahaha don't feel bad about it gamer, I welcome the reports, means I gotta fix something or look into it to confirm it is or isn't the fault of the plugin! I will look into it! Is it only attack heli and tugboat that are doing it? No others?
If its those two, I have a feeling the AHAB will also despawn on server restart, but I hadn't run into that issue, though never really directly tested it/looked for it. I will look into it later today when I have time :) I hope to update it today with a fixed recall and some other bug fixes.
Thank you for reporting it! :) And understandable, I get it gamer, it should hopefully be fixed (if this plugin is the cause, which is highly probable) by next patch.

Tested this on my server and have no such issues. Had both a tugboat and attack heli remain after doing "restart 1" in my console (restarts in 1 second later). Are you positive its not some other plugin interacting and causing issues? Or did they decay somehow? Can't seem to replicate this issue.
Hi. Sorry for the Late Response i was busy the last week and now i have 3 Days Free time to work on this Problem :)
So i checked the whole config again, and unloaded all Plugins except the VehicleLicence Plugin and oxide, but still sadly the same problem. i found out just now that it has nothing to do with the Server Restart itself it is after a couple of Hours that the vehicles are despawning. I don't know the exact time when this is happening but it is happening after a certain time. It seems they are despawning because of decay Damage? But i checked like i said the config now multiple Times and decay is off, so i don't know what to do at this point.
