What does this actually do?  Definitely does not appear to do what I assumed it would do.

Yeah, sadly I was hoping for JUST one not the other.  Basically just trying to stop theft of "bandit camp minis" but don't want them unlocking the license for it

The mini in this plugin is a pretty high perk that we make players save up materials for (so on wipe day you don't just have people all on minis).  Really just looking for the "don't let someone else fly the mini" thing for vendor minicopters so people stop crying about someone stealing it lol

"Automatically claim vehicles purchased from vehicle vendors": true // When you purchase a mini from a vehicle vendor, it is equivalent to you using '/spawn' to spawn the mini, but without paying the cost of spawn (You need to have a mini license)

"Vehicle vendor purchases will unlock the license for the player": true // If you do not have a mini license, it will give you a mini license after you purchase a mini from a vehicle vendor. It only works if the above option is true

I am aware of those settings, but notice you have to give the person the license.  I don't want them getting a license that way.  I just want the vendor minicopter to lock to that person (no ability to /kill and /spawn it) so nobody can steal it
