when loading the server, this error appears in the plugin.

Error while compiling: VehicleLicence.cs(2088,67): error CS0246: The type or namespace name `TrainCar' could not be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?

This error would imply that your server is not updated with Rust since that change was made close to a month ago.
