Would it be possible to make it a config option on whether the vehicle says whos vehicle it is? Players are complaining that it is a little OP if you find a vehicle outside of a PVP zone, for example, and can tell whos vehicle it is before entering to decide if you want to counter, etc.

This doesn't make much sense.
You can use other plugins to do this.

I don't think you understand what I am suggesting/asking.

Your plugin shows the owner of the vehicle's name when I try to mount the vehicle. I am suggesting you make this an option rather than the default.

The reason for this is because players don't want people knowing who's mini is parked outside of pvp monuments.
