is it possible to get a blacklist of monuments, where players are not allowed to spawn vehicles?

For example:
Some players recall/spawn their campingcar on top of the oil rig. And i would like to prevent that.

Needn't to be for all vehicles.
Players should still be allowed to spawn their ships to escape the oil rig, but not modular-camping-cars :)

The plugin won't do this, you can do it by using this plugin's hooks.
Get a developer to help you
