We have on our server twice a day a daily boot. During this boot, we found out that once the server is rebooted, that players who be using the mini copter that day will not be able to sit in it anymore. They have to despawn and respawn it again in order to gain access. 

The strange thing however is that they can grab the low grade from the mini copter, but they cannot sit on it while it's their licensed mini copter. I have been able to reproduce this issue where I could not get access to my mini copter after a server boot.

I can't reproduce it, can you try just installing VehicleLicence and try that?
