I set the command you say, but when I run rhib spam in / s plugin, "rhib" is not spam. :/ Are you sure this command is?

You can run the command in console to check if it works

You should replace it with your steamID...........................

This command is used to buy a license, not to spawn a vehicle.....
Please use the vl.spawn command
