When reloading you have to do 'oxide.reload VehicleLicence', but the plugin name is Vehicle Lisense.
It is a bit confusing, maybe just pick one?
Small issue, easily fixed :)
Licence or License
The initial title of the plugin is Vehicle Licence, the last maintainer changed its title to Vehicle License, but did not modify the .cs file name, so it's no big deal
