As the subject says - Could that be added to this plugin (or is there a plugin that already does this?) - locking the vehicle to the player and/or clan who spawned the vehicle so others are unable to operate it?

I second this suggestion.  Would be so nice to stop the "falling from the sky" people who see a minicopter and take it.
