I install the Mod following the stripe. All folders are created, I open the server, but when I put the .cs files in the plugins folder, they are not installed.

How are you installing uMod? Can you show a little of what you are doing. Does uMod load in the console output?

The first place to check for issues would be your umod/logs. If you have no umod folder or logs, then uMod is not installed. Make sure to follow the guide here if self-hosting: https://umod.org/games/valheim/guide
