I've only just installed the plugin, so can't say if this is a bug or expected, but I keep getting this on server load, so can't tell yet if it's actually checking for if any updates exitst..

After a few server restarts, I don't see this error any longer.

Sorry for the tardy response, haven't been online much last f/night.
Just for an update, this error hasn't shown it's head again.
I think it was the "Too Many Requests" from install and reboots of the server causing the issue.
If I hit it again, I'll drop a line.
