DevBlog Notifications test is not working, not sure about the real notification.

My config: DevBlog Notifications": true,

Using the 'updatenotice devblog' console command I get the confirmation message in Console that this will be now tested but nothing happens afterwards. Same with the 'updatenotice all' command, other notification tests set to true will appear but the DevBlog.

Yes, I've waited for the checking interval to trigger, tested the client update with the 'updatenotice client' console command successfully before.

Just to confirm; the update blog message was triggered with the current update. The test command has not worked but since the live notification is actually working, it's all that matters right now, and there's no need for further investigation in this case.

Thanks, there was a bug in the code where the testing commands did not trigger a version check. Fixed it
