Unfortunatly this is an issue with hosting server and not with the plugin. I have informed the people that hosts the server where I collect the data from.
Will reply if it has been resolved.
Thank you!
I am hosting my own server and I also get this message.
Im running Ubuntu linux and the Linux Game Server Manager (LGSM).
What do I need to do?

Nvm, I totally missread that :D
Ill just wait patientally.
yep, still an issue
Appologies Everyone. The person that sponsors the hosting of the server is not responding. I will be forced to look for another solution and the plugin will stay broken till then.
Psytech, add me on Discord, and I'll help you get setup for hosting. DJRedNight#3428
yeah don't let a host hold you up, there's plenty of people who would host it for free just to help out.
Any updates on this?
Clearly there are others willing to help with hosting, perhaps is not such a bad idea if you currently having issues getting in contact with your current provider.
The issue isn't the hosting, it's the 3rd party api provided by saltfactoryhosting.com.DJRedNight

I'm thinking of setting up an opensource solution to this.. for the past 5 years it seems this has been an issue. The solution isn't too difficult though.

You are incorrect. I created the API that saltfactory is hosing. The issue is the hosting. I just need to give the source to a different compenent person to host. Its not that diffucalt to host. API was written on C# and needs to be hosted with IIS though.
