Using Better Chat (recent version) and recent version of Ufilter.
Words which are listed as profanity not to be used are no longer censored using the defined symbol in the config (left as the default *).

We have installed the plugin. But there is an issue. The plugin blocks the word with **** but also post a second like in-game chat with the blocked word. 

Is there some setting we have missed to stop this from happening.

Sounds like you have another chat plugin sending chat. No Green is a common one.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of Better Chat and this plugin, and no other chat plugins that are not Better Chat compatible.
