hi, you're right. all barricade covers are allowed to be destroyed by anyone. they should be allowed to destroy the server barricades, but not a player barricade.
the fix is to edit the .cs and change on line 1714 fromentity is Barricade
toentity is Barricade && !entity.OwnerID.IsSteamId()
I've confirmed this combined with the previous config change does fix the issue.
