For the last few months players have noticed wallpaper randomly appearing in their bases. After testing I was able to reproduce the cause on a local server using explosives- which makes a lot of sense to me now why this was happening seeing as players can get raided by NPCs on my server.  

Nevermind. I completely overlooked this setting:
