Currently have just a mostly default but slightly tweaked truepve config.  No PVP zones or anything.  100% pve server.

I just want to /paste a base into the map and then that base would have a bubble around it where traps would be active and kill players, and damage can be done to the base.  Essentially allow raiding on just that 1 pasted in base with pvp still disabled.  

Is there an easy way to accomplish this that would be streamlined for admin hosted raid events?  

hi, you would have to use a plugin like zone manager for that.

It sounds like what you want it something that can create a Zone Manager zone and then create a TruePVE mapping to a second ruleset with your alternate rules. I'm not sure if there's something designed to do this. DynamicPVP has support for user-defined auto/timed events that could probably be bent into doing what you want, but may not be the best tool for the job.

Pasting a raid base and controlling everything about it is honestly what Raidable Bases is for, and it's made by the same author as TruePVE, so you can be sure they work together well.
