"Block Decay Damage To Vehicles" prevents horse dung?

I implemented this config change and horses are no longer providing horse dung. Any idea?

yes. animals have to eat in order to be able to poop. if they don't take any damage then they won't eat.

return !config.BlockDecayDamageToVehicles;​
change that to
return entity is RidableHorse2 horse && horse.healthFraction > 0.9f ? true : !config.BlockDecayDamageToVehicles;​
then it should work as the horse can decay down to 90% health
