My rocket turrets quit shooting patrol helis after the wipe and the developer Killyou says He this something needs to be added to the inclusio.exclusion list. I turned off ThrePVE and the turrets still would not shoot the helis. here is is comment
if you are using a pve plugin you would likely need to add an exception for it. you would be best off asking the pve plugin author how you can do that

as I said, AA turrets do not target heli in RocketTurrets, even when RocketTurrets is the only plugin on the server. 

once k1lly0u fixes this then I can take another look for you.

I've tested k1lly0u's new fix 2.1.1 of RocketTurrets 2.1.1 and everything is working as intended. no changes are necessary to the TruePVE config either.
