How to I make sure tugboats will naturally decay, it appears the plugin is stopping them from decay. All other vehicles are decaying as they should I assume the tugboat having a Tc (sorta) is whats protecting the decay from happening or maybe I sould be adding this to a part of the config file ?

heya, this plugin does not handle decay, so it wouldn't be preventing it
other plugins can hook TruePVE to block it, but it is not a requirement for decay since TruePVE will not block another plugin from using decay
