i run a pve server but on force wipe i want players to be able to raid how do i turn off pve on that day i am curently using true pve?

ok 1 how do unload plugins i only know how to load them and another question i have a few event plugins that ive set to automaticly spawn in but they do not seem to be spawning in at all but i can spawn them in manually how do i fix this please and thanks

i did it was turned on on most plugins but set to diffrent times but dosnt lauch in game at them times in seconds between each event running 3600/3900 being about an hour but the even may spawn 1 a day
