We use PreventLooting because ... well what good is PVE if you can die to an NPC and then someone can loot you.

So how would we allow looting in the PVP zones or during the timed PVP from TruePVE?

Perhaps you could schedule unloading of PreventLoading to match those times.  TimedExecute would allow that.

Isn't that based on server time where as the TruePVE would be in game time?

It looks like there is an ingame timer as well, but I haven't used it.
