So on my PvE server, I have twig and ladder raiding disabled using another plugin. But what would be really cool is if TruePvE could handle that instead, then if a base is in a PvP zone players would be able to use ladders and twig to raid.

Would that be possible? If so I would love to see that added.

Might be more of a job for ZoneManager and it's flags.  You would have to make an exclusion zone for TruePVE and then set the flags for the zone to allow/disallow these things.
