Add support for Microsoft V3 API as it is currently broke.

It was broken for me as well, but suddenly started working a few days ago.  I was actually in the process of updating it myself to use the new API when it just started working.  As it could break at any time, i'll keep picking at it, but the urgency has lowered on my end.  The output between the two versions looks to have changed signficantly so getting that handled accordingly and returning the same formatting as before is the tough part along with i'm still a bit green with c# coding.
