It seems to me that the plugin does not work properly.

I would like to use the free google service.
I created my project in API and Google services.
I generated my API key. Without restriction the plugin gives this error message for text chat:

[Babel] No valid response received from google, try again later​

 

With restriction key for translation services I always get the same message.

I restarted the server, reloaded the plugin but it's always the same.
Without an API key in the configuration file it's always the same.

Are you sure that the plugin works correctly?

I've not tested the Google implementation in awhile, but it was.

To use Google FREE, do you need to use an API key?
If you can test for a moment to tell me if the plugin still works for Google FREE?

No, the FREE method via Google just scrapes their old website. I'll test when I get a chance.

This addon does not appear to be translating any more... We are using the free google service and when I send a message in English it stays in English even tho the player has both Russian lang selected and has used /lang ru

I'd suggest using a different service, the free Google one is not really something officially offered by them.
