whats the plugin to get money on trade

I don't think that this has any economics integration.

when i trade someone an item say 1 pistol, it end up giving them 11 whats up with that?

hey wolf which plugin should i use to enable barrels to give out more material like blue prints or is the already a default for rust? can it be configured
