Turns on some how - in the settings the slots were set back to 30 vs the 12 that was originally set. - Set the config settings on slots to 12 and works as normal

@tbird412 - try changing your config settings that should help it did for me.

@Calytic - Hey brotha, since the new update the Trading Panel is now HUGE its no longer 12 slots but like 32! May want to fix that as its being exploited big time.
