Hello, how can i configure Email API, is there any configuration file for this? or do i need to install something on the machine? i have server on Debian 9

The Email API plugin isn't currently available on our site, but it would have a configuration for use with third-party providers such as Amazon SES, etc.

is there amybe another site where i would find such a plugin or similar?

We don't support other sites, so I can't really help you with that, sorry. As I mentioned, the plugin is on our site (it's developed by me), but not published at the moment.

It isn't a secret, just has't been fully migrated from the old site yet.
