Changed effect of scrap tea to 3.0(300%) and still scrap in barrels and crates is vanila.

Scrap Tea Buff Do Not Working?
Setting "Multiply Tea Buffs": true in MagicLoot it looks like that overrides what this plugin does so it wouldn't be compatable.
