I think this Taser would be cool if it would "stun" a player, meaning they get stuck in place for a few seconds.
With the rise of Roleplay, that would be cool for police to use to subdue criminals

I could make an option where people could choose between making the down or freeze the player. The plugin was mostly due for RP purposes.
