hi i cant not find crude oil any where on my map any reason why?

Vanilla servers does not spawn crude oil with survey charge. you need a plugin like BackPumpJack for that.

As suggested by Lorenzo, you would need to utilize a plugin like BackPumpJack in combination with SurveyInfo. I've personally received survey reports on my map that include locations for crude oil as well as low-grade fuel.
