after downloading this, everything went to s***. Had to restart the server for it to be fine, but now the command doesn't upgrade the boxes even when people have perms, and the large boxes are moving the items around randomly when i click sort, don't know if this is a bug or not, but it's seem to be a big problem for my server right now

Only a suggestion for you.
Beware of plugins that advertise this "This plugin is unclaimed or has no maintainer" on top of the download page and read the help threads before downloading.
Install a testserver to prevent things like this on your main server.
Make a backup before you install new stuff.
Uninstall it if you got problems now.
