Is it possible to change the stack size between inventory and tool cupboard?

Trying to make tool cupboard 4x stack sizes and inventory 2x stack sizes

I think you need a second plugin like chest-stacks to do that.

I have it just wanted to know if it was possible with stack size controller or if it might be added as that other plugin hasn't had an update in a year.
