as you can see it says vanilla stack size is 20 but in game its only stacking to 5

What's your config? VanillaStackSize is just for reference, and may display incorrectly until the servers restarted where the values are populated correctly. You can also run "stacksizecontroller.itemsearch ladder" and tell me what the vanilla and custom stack size values are as indicated from that command.

so do i just put what i want it to stack to in customstacksize? so if i put it to 10 it will stack too 10? and how do i make all resources stack 100x?

GlobalStackMultiplier set to 100 in the config file multiplies every item vanilla stack size * 100.
